About The Position

The MIL Corporation seeks a CCoE Integration Manager (Project Specialist, Analyst) to support a Federal Government client at our Ft. Gordon, Georgia location. The Integration Manager will provide on-site support of Information Technology (IT) and Audio-Visual (A/V) installations within the Cyber Center of Excellence (CCoE) Transformation program at Ft. Gordon, Georgia. This position currently requires an on-site schedule. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong project management experience with IT systems
  • Experience with networking design and IT infrastructure terms
  • Experience with A/V and Video Teleconferencing (VTC) systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Great attention to detail and willingness to achieve project goals
  • Ability to interface professionally with individuals at all levels, communicate effectively with project staff, other team members and/or stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint use
  • All applicants for this position must possess a current Top-Secret clearance with ability to obtain a SCI; please note that the clearance process takes into account financial background aspects.

Responsibilities

  • Provides integration management support to government program manager.
  • Manages day-to-day installation oversight of IT and A/V fit-outs within Army Military Construction (MILCON) and Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) projects.
  • Assists with preparation and reviews deliverables prepared by the team.
  • Understands and is able to manage IT network switch and router configurations and other hardware configuration changes.
  • Oversees the delivery of IT and A/V installations in support of the program from procurement through delivery.
  • Manages logistics plan administration and tracks Just in Time (JIT) supply chain management strategy.
  • Manages network diagrams, rack elevations, and equipment list of materials between project management office and contract integrator.
  • Authors and then oversees baseline configurations for applications, software, and hardware assets installed into classrooms, administration areas, and Telecommunications rooms.
  • Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion through project management office.
  • Identifies opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change to include alternative solutions.
  • Prepares and presents oral and written reports defining plans, problems, and resolutions to appropriate levels of management.
  • Schedules and assists in equipment accountably audits and assists in implementing audit recommendations.
  • Develops security guidelines to avoid unauthorized damage or usage of project items.
  • Assists in management, maintenance and automating of processes and techniques to find efficiencies.
  • Analyzes installation and integration issues and propose appropriate resolutions
