This role is ideal for candidates with project management experience and a strong understanding of CCB products and lines of business, including Consumer Banking, J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, Business Banking, Home Lending, Credit Card, Connected Commerce, and Auto. It offers a unique opportunity to manage a large-scale key regulatory deliverable for CCB, driving the Resolution and Recovery agenda, and assisting with planning, execution, and new requirements. The individual will coordinate the delivery of essential content for Title I, Insured Depository Institution (IDI), and Recovery Plan submissions. This involves engaging with key CCB deliverable owners, Firmwide Resolution & Recovery Teams, CCB Treasury, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure timely submission of CCB Resolution Plans. The position demands urgency in identifying, raising, and resolving issues to meet designated timelines, while also driving high standards and best practices across plan development and review deliverables. Opportunities to engage with and present to Senior Management are part of the role. The Dodd-Frank Act mandates large, systemically important financial institutions like JPMorgan to submit Board-approved Resolution & Recovery Plans (RRPs, or Living Wills) to US Regulatory Agencies (Federal Reserve Bank and Federal Deposit Insurance Corp) on a required cadence. Resolution Plans must demonstrate how JPM would be resolved orderly without major market disruption if bankrupt, while Recovery Plans show how the firm would recover from significant capital and liquidity decreases due to a severe crisis. These plans are a strategic priority for the firm. The CCB Resolution & Recovery team (CCB R&R PMO) is responsible for the governance, oversight, and effective implementation of CCB-related R&R programs and deliverables for U.S. regulators. The team also coordinates CCB responses to ad hoc and planned regulatory requests, partnering extensively with all CCB lines of businesses, Controllers, CFOs, Treasury, and functional support areas to oversee, control, and deliver this program. The team acts as thought leaders, coordinating CCB responses to an evolving landscape, requiring a deep understanding of products and business drivers.
