Patricio Enterprises is seeking a candidate to assist the JRO’s Deputy Director, Chief of Staff and Detachment Sergeant, to manage internal and external administrative processes and daily operations. Primary duties will include (but not limited to) : Assist the JRO’s Deputy Director, Chief of Staff and Detachment Sergeant to manage internal and external administrative processes and daily operations. Assist with the Joint Staff Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2), assist in getting and responding to internal staffing with Joint Directorates; the Joint Staff Directorates of Management (DOM) (designated as SJS, commonly known as “Top 5”), and the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) system. Establish, maintain and update online branch and project websites, databases and collaborative workspaces using such approved Joint Staff software as SharePoint and any other software the Joint Staff may implement during the life of the contract and all its options. Will assist in the use of information systems, including, but not limited to: Defense Enterprise E-mail (DEE); Intelink; Knowledge Management/Decision Support (KM/DS); Defense On-line Transfer Service Web Transfer Portal (DOTS); MILConnect; Microsoft TEAMS; Global Video Services (GVS) - DoD's modernized internet protocol (IP)-based video teleconferencing (VTC) service; DoD Secure Access File Exchamge (SAFE); the Joint Staff Portal; Secure Video Teleconferencing (SVTC); Voice over Secure Internet Protocol (VoSIP); and any other computer system implemented during the life of the contract. Assist the JRO’s Chief of Staff and Detachment Sergeant to maintain an effective physical and personnel security posture within JRO’s assigned Pentagon space, which includes three SCIFs. The J-8 Deputy Director for Force Protection (DDFP) and his immediate staff, and the Force Protection Division (FDP) also reside within the JRO security footprint. Facilitate the conduct of meetings necessary to complete the tasks of this contract by scheduling/obtaining the meeting venue, any necessary VTC or telephone connections, preparing the read-ahead package and preparing and distributing meeting minutes. On a weekly basis, the candidate will collect upcoming activities down to the branch level and ensure they are included in the weekly update to the JRO Synchronization Matrix that the candidate will maintain. Maintain and operate the JRO’s classified and unclassified VTC facility within established Joint Staff procedures. The VTC facility itself is located within a SCIF. Equipment upgrade for TS/SCI and SAP VTCs is pending; the facility is cleared for discussions at those levels and required construction is complete. Cross walk the current JRO security access roster (see 3.5.4.5 above) with the information that has been submitted to the company’s Security Management Office (SMO) code to control access to off-site meetings.
