We’re seeking a CBR / RFI Specialist to join us. This is a remote position.
Requirements
- AR follow-up experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to understand, analyze and interpret medical billing documentation and data
- Strong willingness to learn new technologies, concepts, and ways to work cross functionally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- Skilled in identifying and addressing issues and using critical thinking to find innovative solutions
- Capable of prioritizing workflow and working within deadlines in a high-volume environment
- Must be detail oriented, be able to work independently, and manage multiple projects
- High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Work in our client RFI application and client bill review workfile alongside our clients
- Research and document processes
- Identify billing issues and trends
- Communicate with insurance companies, vendors, clients, other teams, and clients for resolution on claims.
- Process appeals, file corrected claims, update insurance, follow processes.
