POSITION SUMMARY The Collections Supervisor works alongside the Collections Manager and is responsible for supervising a team of collectors who perform daily collection calls on delinquent accounts. The team is also responsible for answering customer service calls, sending invoice copies, overseeing charge offs, and monitoring accounts for fraud. The Collections Supervisor is responsible for the development of collections staff, as well as department policies and workflow.
