Summary : The Quality Specialist coordinates ThedaCare quality improvement initiatives with ThedaCare’s strategic plan by collecting, analyzing, benchmarking, and disseminating data. Monitors data and trends to support the quality and safety management program and compliance functions. Acts as a consultant for ThedaCare within area of expertise to improve clinical outcomes. Monitors and assesses for compliance issues and influences implementation of activities related to these areas.
