The position involves assisting with meal preparations according to established methods and recipes, as well as the production of Grab & Go meals and catering services. The role includes preparing and delivering food items around campus locations, unloading and storing incoming products, and washing cooking equipment as necessary. Additionally, the position requires stocking display and sales areas, performing front line meal service including grill cooking and cold food preparation, and operating a cash register to compute bills accurately. The individual will also modify and issue receipts to customers and perform other related duties as required by management.
