About The Position

Join our Chick-fil-A team as a Catering Assistant! In this role, you will help coordinate and deliver catering orders to our valued customers. You'll work closely with our kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure catering orders are prepared correctly, packaged properly, and delivered on time with the exceptional service our customers expect.

Requirements

• Self-motivated with strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of working well under pressure
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
• Food handling experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize catering orders according to customer specifications
• Deliver orders to businesses, events, and residences in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and payments
• Set up catering displays at delivery locations when required
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding their orders
• Assist with food preparation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of catering equipment and vehicles
• Provide exceptional customer service representing the Chick-fil-A brand
