Metz Culinary Management is growing and we are seeking hospitality driven individuals to join our AMAZING Catering Team! This is a great opportunity to show off your creativity and attention to detail by perfecting beautiful presentations of food and displays while providing AMAZING service to our Guests and Hosts. Catering Team Members create, transport, setup, serve and breakdown banquet-style food displays with unforgettable hospitality and guest experience focus. Our catering events range from small casual business lunches to extravagant black-tie events.

Requirements

• Experience desired but willing to train candidates with a passion for food
• Ability to apply elementary mathematical statistics for inventory and portioning
• Willingness to contribute where needed
• Hospitality-driven attitude
• Ability to work and thrive in a team environment
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Create, transport, setup, serve and breakdown banquet-style food displays
• Provide exceptional hospitality and guest experience
• Work in various catering positions including Bar Tenders, Servers, Drivers, Cooks, and Operations
