Complies with all standards established by the regulatory agencies. Organizes and sets up catering functions as requested. Supervise any staff assigned to the catering event. Performs assigned administrative duties to include but not limited to processing all department delivery invoices, preparing cost of catering events, preparation and setup task. Shift: M-F, 5:30 AM - 1:00 PM
