This position is an entry level Convention Services/Catering position and responsible for booking catering only bookings (events with no guestrooms). Coordinating rooms only bookings and assist with Destination Services. This position is also responsible for monitoring the accuracy of physical sets within meeting spaces according to banquet event orders and diagrams while effectively managing and servicing groups of varying size for the successful execution of all details, enhancement of guest experience and maximum impact on overall revenue.
