Catering Server

Parkhurst Dining, part of the Eatn Park Hospitality Group, is seeking a dedicated Catering Server to join our team. This position is essential for the set-up, execution, and clean-up of catering functions in accordance with our established catering manual. We pride ourselves on providing culinary, dining, and catering services to over 65 organizations and universities east of the Mississippi, emphasizing the importance of scratch-made food prepared with locally sourced ingredients. As a Catering Server, you will have the opportunity to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring that every event runs smoothly and meets our high standards of service. In this role, you will be responsible for following all service procedures as outlined in our catering manual, adhering to event sheets, diagrams, pull sheets, and timelines to successfully complete events. You will also be tasked with picking up equipment, supplies, and food promptly after events, ensuring that all rented items are separated for vendor pick-up. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of catering equipment and supplies, including the stockroom, is crucial. You will follow a cleaning schedule provided by management and utilize clean-as-you-go techniques to uphold our standards. Communication is key in this role; you will maintain an open line with management regarding product and supply needs. Adhering to the uniform dress code and maintaining proper personal hygiene is expected, as is assisting fellow team members whenever possible. This position may also involve performing additional duties as assigned by management, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.
