About The Position

Catering Servers will have oversite of catering service operations during their shift. We are also seeking those with elevated leadership skills for Catering Lead roles for onsite operations and priority shifts. Areas of Focus (including but not limited to): Provide extraordinary customer service during all volume styles of business Responsible for all aspects of preparation, service, and cleanup/teardown for multiple catering operations Adapt, in a professional manner, to any situation that may occur at offsite or onsite events. Being a "menu expert" and be able to educate guests on our bar and food menus effectively Excelling with time management and steps of service Assist with maintaining clean and well-stocked areas during service, including pre-bussing Contributing to prep and stocking while monitoring waste and product management Completing checklists to ensure all food and beverage safety compliances Performing drop-offs, setups, and assisting with event management If you’re passionate about food, driven to provide exceptional service, and excited to be part of a dynamic team, we’d love to hear from you!

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of current serving or catering experience in a high-volume business
  • Strong organizational skills to manage the needs of the business
  • Valid driver’s license required to operate company vehicles
  • Detailed oriented
  • Having a positive, welcoming, and upbeat attitude
  • Must be, or willing to be responsible beverage service certified
  • Communication skills to inspire and motivate consistency and excellence
  • Strong belief in a professional and ethical approach to guest services
