About The Position

In the Catering Server role, you will serve patrons food and beverages during banquet events.

Requirements

• Must have flexible schedule to work during days, nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed
• Weekend availability through October
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift and move 25-50 pounds
• Be collaborative, using a team approach to creating an equitable workplace environment and have respectful working relationships

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers
• Setting up the dining areas
• Assisting with set up of tables, linens, and chairs for full-service banquet events
• Taking/placing orders
• Carrying trays and plates
• Serving food and non-alcoholic/alcoholic beverages to customers
• Cleaning and clearing tables
