Sifted is hiring a Service Lead to support day-to-day leadership and key areas of the Sifted community operations. Seattle, one of Sifted’s largest markets, is quickly expanding, and needs an individual with a natural inclination towards leadership and responsibility to fill our Service Lead position. In this role, you’ll play a critical role in our kitchen environment by aiding the Community Manager with kitchen opening and shift operations, owning kitchen closing, and act as a source of encouragement and support to the Host team. This position requires a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license and auto insurance.
