Catering Server - Flex
About The Position
Siena Lakes by Erickson Senior Living Siena Lakes is hiring a Server to work our catered events (private, community events & meetings) and to provide additional support to restaurants across campus. This position is responsible for serving alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and food to residents and guests while providing service that aligns with the Erickson Senior Living Mission, Vision, and Values. This will be a flex role on an as needed basis with events typically run 2 to 4 hours in length, with additional time for setup & breakdown. Compensation: Commensurate with experience starting at $14/hr How you will make an impact Develop expertise in menu items, daily specials, and preparation methods to become a subject matter expert Enhance resident and guest engagement by sharing daily menu highlights and suggesting recommendations that are tailored to their preferences Record food and beverage orders with precision and accuracy Deliver an exceptional dining experience consistently What you will need Meet the state’s age requirement for serving alcohol Must be 18 years old. Must be able to work weekends and holidays Good communication skills Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
