About The Position
We are currently seeking an organized and engaging Catering Sales Manager with proven experience in hotel sales or catering to join our team at the Bloomington-Normal Marriott Hotel & Conference Center. This critical role is focused on driving catering revenue, proactively soliciting new business, and maximizing revenue from existing corporate and preferred accounts. The Catering Sales Manager will play a key part in up-selling opportunities, meeting personal and team revenue targets, and ensuring seamless service delivery for our guests. As a Catering Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for building strong customer relationships and inspiring guest loyalty by consistently delivering service excellence.
