About The Position
The primary purpose of the Catering Sales Manager is to optimize catering revenue through maximizing catering opportunities consistent with the property’s business plan and effectively detailing and servicing all groups personally booked. The position will be tasked with generating catering revenue, achieving personal and hotel revenue goals, prospecting for new business, developing and implementing catering sales action plans, and ensuring guest satisfaction through effective interaction with various stakeholders.
