About The Position
The Catering Sales Manager at our luxury convention center hotel in downtown Oklahoma City is responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to maximize catering event revenue for corporate and social events. This role emphasizes the solicitation of new business and the effective merchandising of event spaces to ensure an exceptional experience for clients. The manager will work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing and the Director of Catering & Convention Services to achieve monthly catering goals and maintain positive interdepartmental communications.
