Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience in off-premise catering, hospitality, events, or B2B environments.
  • Demonstrated success in managing the full sales cycle and closing high-value opportunities.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to develop new client relationships and achieve sales goals.
  • Motivated, organized, and proactive with the support of a collaborative team.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, sales reporting, and pipeline management.
  • A polished, professional presence with a passion for hospitality and creativity.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience strongly considered.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through networking, partnerships, referrals, and strategic outreach.
  • Secure and close offsite event bookings, including corporate, social, and branded hospitality experiences.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, driving measurable results and contributing to team goals.
  • Build tailored proposals and contracts that reflect client needs and Wolfgang Puck’s premium standards.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with corporate clients, planners, venue partners, and community collaborators.
  • Identify and pursue new revenue channels and partnerships to drive growth across Southern California.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions to enhance visibility.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless handoff and exceptional client experience.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of outreach, pipeline, and sales activity in CRM systems.
