We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Catering Production Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of catering production, ensuring that all events are executed flawlessly and to the highest standards.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service and hospitality.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Vehicle with current registration and insurance.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as the crew handbook.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.

• Experience in catering or food service industry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders and ensure catering clients receive accurate orders.
• Make deliveries to catering clients.
• Conduct follow-up calls and account maintenance calls.
• Help drive new catering business into the restaurant.
• Assist clients with placing catering orders.
