About The Position

Customer Service: Ensure and exude world-class customer service and demonstrate urgency to serve every customer. Product Quality: Ensure the highest quality food is prepared per La Farm standards and Other Essential Duties: Operations Systems & Procedures Safely and properly use equipment for café menu items. Responsible for all aspects of assigned station. Completes daily checklists. Cleans, sanitizes, and maintains utensils and tools. Communicate with team and manager. Ensure overall unit safety and sanitation goals and policies. Maintain grade “A” or better by beating health and sanitation inspection standards. Uphold company standards and policies for opening/closing. Ensure safe working conditions and comply with all laws. Requirements

  • Experience in culinary field, prep and/or catering work experience required.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a confined area.
  • Knowledge of weights, volume, and cooking procedures.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Great relationship building skills and demonstrated positive demeanor as a team player.
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment and multitask.
  • Flexibility required: Weekends required, holiday work required, two days off (not consecutive).
  • Ability to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others.
  • Basic English reading and communication skills.
  • Ability to bend and lift 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Continuous use of hands and arms.
  • Continuous bending, reaching, and twisting.

  • Multi-lingual a plus.
