About The Position
The Catering Manager is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive sales efforts while building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients and event planners. This role involves responding to inquiries, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with culinary and operations teams to ensure successful event execution. The Catering Manager will also stay informed about industry trends and create compelling sales presentations to showcase catering services.
