You will oversee all aspects of catering operations, including food preparation, presentation, and delivery, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction at every event. In this role, you will manage the catering staff, which includes hiring, training, and scheduling. You will also maintain inventory levels and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained. Collaboration with clients is key, as you will customize menus and accommodate special dietary needs. Upholding food safety and sanitation standards at all times is a critical part of your responsibilities, ensuring that every event meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
