The Catering Lead plans, organizes and executes the catering business for an Eataly location. Reports to the Catering Manager. Creates proposals, contracts, event orders and packages tailored to each guest’s requests Negotiates executive partnerships to sell catering packages for breakfast, lunch, dinner and largescale events Oversees catering events from start to finish: books, plans and executes functions Executes all off-site catering for offices and VIP clients, coordinating delivery services and pickup business Acts as a trainer for team members on catering operations Communicates product and staffing needs for catering events on a daily basis Manages catering call-backs from orders delivered same day to ensure 100% guest satisfaction Handles and resolves complaints/accolades and communicates results to managers Ensures catering collateral is displayed and stocked in the store at all times: catering menus, catering table, business cards, etc. Performs other duties as required or assigned
