This role focuses on event coordination, administrative support, and sales assistance, requiring strong attention to detail, organization, and communication. The coordinator ensures accurate information flow between clients, vendors, and internal teams while managing multiple events simultaneously. This is a Monday through Friday position with a varying schedule and includes free meals and parking, along with a cell phone and public transportation stipend. Uniforms and shoes are provided.
