About the position
The catering coordinator at McAlister's Deli is responsible for overseeing the catering operations, ensuring that all deliveries are coordinated effectively and that customer satisfaction is maintained. This role involves direct interaction with drivers and guests to confirm that all catering orders meet expectations and that accounting procedures are followed accurately. The coordinator will also be tasked with generating sales leads and maintaining detailed reports of sales activities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate drivers and deliveries for the day
- Check with drivers and guests after deliveries to ensure satisfaction
- Complete all catering accounting procedures daily
- Make at least two sales calls a day and enter them into the sales report
- Fill out front of house and back of house prep lists for catering orders
- Perform other duties as requested by management
