This position is a seasonal, event-based role, with a primary duration from April-September. Summary: Responsible for client communication, clerical functions and administrative support of premium service area operations. He/she will have thorough knowledge of menus, orders and operations as well as being point of contact for customers during the event. Reports directly to the Senior Catering Manager.
