Requirements

  • Demonstrate a high level of creativity in gourmet catering preparation.
  • Demonstrated work experience and creativity with a range of foods in various circumstances.
  • Ability to read and follow instructions from the executive chef and catering supervisor.
  • Ability to work with individuals and teams of diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to produce large quantities of food and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare all foods that are sold at our retail locations.
  • Work as part of a high-volume food prep production team.
  • Prepare and assemble all catering orders under the guidance of the Catering Supervisor.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm, teamwork, and dependability in completing all assigned tasks in the Catering Department.
  • Prepare all foods being produced for retail operations throughout New York City and the Hamptons under the supervision of the Executive Chef.
