Responsibilities also include assisting with collecting banquet equipment, preparing event rooms, setting tables, establishing positive client relationships, maintaining accurate cash handling procedures, ensuring health codes are followed, preparing food and beverages, and adhering to alcohol serving regulations. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
