About The Position

The main objective of the Catering Captain is to support the management and execution of banquet and event service operations while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction. This role assists with leading catering associates, supporting event setup and breakdown, coordinating service details with departments, maintaining service standards, and ensuring smooth and efficient event execution in accordance with brand and ownership expectations. Successful candidates will combine meticulous professionalism with a friendly, welcoming, and energetic personality, as well as utilize excellent time management and communication skills.
