About The Position
We are hiring immediately for full time CATERING CAPTAIN positions at American Airlines - STL. The position involves coordinating catering staff schedules to ensure all functions are delivered, served, and cleared in a timely fashion. The Catering Captain prepares and serves food at scheduled functions under the supervision of the Catering Director and may drive a truck to deliver food and beverages to catered functions.
