About The Position
We are hiring immediately for a full-time CATERING CAPTAIN position at Stony Brook University. The role involves coordinating catering staff schedules to ensure all functions are delivered, served, and cleared in a timely fashion. The Catering Captain will prepare and serve food at scheduled functions under the supervision of the Catering Director and may also drive a truck to deliver food and beverages to catered functions. The schedule is flexible, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
