About The Position

Spectrum Catering & Concessions is seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented Catering Attendants to join our team on a part-time basis at the Woodforest Bank Club. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoy delivering high-quality food and beverage service at catered events. Catering Attendants play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service at private and corporate events, music events, and other special occasions. This role pays an hourly wage of $15.00 Benefits for part-time roles: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching. EVERGREEN ROLE: Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no application deadline

Requirements

Previous experience in catering, banquet service, or hospitality preferred but not required.
Strong customer service skills with a positive and professional attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. and perform basic physical tasks.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions from event managers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

Assist with event setup, including arranging tables, linens, serving stations, and buffet displays.
Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of catering areas during and after events.
Monitor food and beverage levels, restocking as needed to ensure efficient service.
Follow proper food handling and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
Assist with breakdown and cleanup after events, including packing up catering supplies and disposing of waste properly.
Provide friendly and efficient customer service, responding to guest requests and concerns.
Work closely with the catering and culinary teams to ensure smooth event execution.
