This role involves preparing and serving food at high-volume events, maintaining cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a friendly demeanor.
- Availability to work majority of events at the Kohl Center for the 2025-2026 season.
- Willingness to complete ServSafe Alcohol Certification and ServSafe Food Handler Certifications.
- Previous food preparation and service experience preferred but not required, if you're right for the team we're willing to train!
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift and move 40-50lbs and stand or walk for long periods.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and deliver food and supplies to their designated locations for catered events.
- Monitor and maintain food temperatures to ensure food quality and safety.
- Replenish food supplies in guest areas to ensure constant availability.
- Clean up after events, ensuring the venue is tidy and ready for the next event.
- Provide friendly and courteous service to guests at all times.
- Keep a thorough knowledge of the event menu to assist guests with any inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety and sanitation procedures.
- Perform other duties as needed to ensure successful events.
