Position Summary The Catering Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional service during catered events. This role involves setting up, serving, and cleaning up after events, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Catering Attendant will work closely with the catering team to deliver a seamless dining experience, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. This role will pay an hourly rate of $15.00 and is tip eligible. Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in catering, food service, or hospitality is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a positive and professional demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.

Responsibilities

Assist in the setup of catering events, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and food stations.
Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the catering area during and after the event.
Monitor food quality and replenish items as needed.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
Address guest inquiries and accommodate special requests when possible.
Break down and clean up the event space, ensuring all equipment is properly stored.
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
Assist with inventory management and report any shortages or issues to the supervisor.
Perform other duties as assigned by the catering manager.
