Position Title: Catering AssociateReports to: Catering Supervisor and Catering Operations Manager Responsibilities Deliver SSA EXTRA Guest Service to ensure a memorable experience for every guest and client. Oversee quality, product levels, and inventory. Quickly and efficiently fulfill guest needs and resolve complaints. Set up, execute, break down, and clean up catered events. Perform back-of-house, front-of-house, and side work duties to ensure productivity during banquet events. Express knowledge of menus, food presentation, and food service techniques with guest service in mind. Perform strenuous tasks such as equipment storage, event setup, and teardown (tables and chairs). Support placement, movement, and storage of rental orders, buffet cards, and catering items. Assist Catering Supervisor(s) and Catering Operations Manager with event problems, offering creative solutions. Maintain a friendly and approachable attitude towards clients, guests, and staff. Communicate clearly and openly with leaders for overall event success. Display a sense of urgency at all times. Uphold a professional appearance and mannerism. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Perform additional tasks as needed. Job Requirements Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-focused mindset.
