About The Position

We’re also very experienced at looking after the food and beverage needs of corporate offices, distribution centres and manufacturing facilities. The Position We are looking for a number of experienced, passionate Catering Assistant to join our dynamic team at Holiday Inn Express - Little Collins! 6am to 10.30am shifts

Requirements

Previous experience in similar role, environment
Basic kitchen skills highly regarded
Knowledge of micros POS system would be beneficial
Be reliable, well-organised and full of passion for what you do
Outgoing personality with great communication skills
Great work ethic with flexibility and willingness to multi task

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of micros POS system would be beneficial

Responsibilities

Food preparation such as making salads and sandwiches
Temperature checking
Maintaining the service area to high standards
Provision of excellent customer service to internal and external clients
Be able to work unsupervised
