Position Summary: The Catering Assistant provides the highest quality of service to customers at all times. Responsibilities include: setup and clean up of all catered functions, setup of patient coffee areas, and delivery of food and supplies to medical staff lounge. Must be able to work with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines. Interacts with physicians, members of the Board of Directors, Administration, hospital staff, guests, and patients, while providing gracious and attentive services. May perform work in other areas of the department as needed.
