As we prepare to open our new Windermere Graze Craze location, we are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Catering Assistant Manager to join our team in a Full-Time role. This is a unique opportunity in a niche space, dedicated to cultivating a personal and exceptional culinary experience for each client. As the Catering Assistant Manager, you will assist the Operations Manager with food preparation, inventory control, administrative tasks, and event execution to deliver memorable catering experiences. Requirements

  • At least 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid FL driver’s license required
  • FL Serv Safe Manager Certification and/or Serv Safe Certification
  • Previous experience in the hospitality, catering, or food & beverage industry strongly preferred
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Ability to stand and walk for duration of shift
  • Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds
  • Ability to work occasional weekends

Responsibilities

  • Prepare charcuterie boards, boxes, cheese platters, and related gourmet offerings for catering events
  • Assist the Operations Manager in daily functions of the kitchen
  • Prepare and organize fresh ingredients daily
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
  • Assist with opening and closing duties
  • Safely deliver orders to clients while using outstanding customer service
  • Other duties as required
