The Catering/Area Supervisor is responsible for the preparation & supervision of all catering events throughout school district. Supervisor will be responsible for cooking and transporting food to each event. Ensure that appropriate quantities of food are prepared and served. Also responsible for the supervision of multiple kitchens in the district. Expected to hold Kitchen Managers to Aramark standards. This includes but is not limited to food safety, food production, inventory, ordering, scheduling, and attendance policies. This position will work closely with our Chef Manager to execute all catered events.
