To support and serve our Customer Service and Sales team on all Catering and Ground Handling requests. The Catering Coordinators' main job responsibility is to ensure that all Catering information is set up and coordinated for all GX Operations. The position is designed to work closely with various departments, including Customer Service, Sales, the Inflight team, and Ground Handling, for all daily flight operations. The Catering Coordinator will also be responsible for working with our Manager of Ground Handling and assisting with setting up handlers for all FBO and Terminal Operations as requested. The Catering Coordinator position maintains flexibility in its role and shall provide operational support across all applicable aspects, ensuring the successful completion of each flight.
