The Catering and Event Sales Lead position is a base-salaried, full-cycle, commission-earning hunter role responsible for selling and coordinating catering across a multi-concept restaurant group. This position owns the entire sales process from aggressive prospecting and relentless follow-up to menu development, pricing, and execution, working 40+ hours a week to chase, close, and deliver business. This role is not for everyone; it's for driven sales professionals who thrive on accountability, urgency, and winning.

  • Minimum 3+ years of proven sales experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive sales environment,
  • Demonstrate "Hunter" mentality to hunt down prospective business
  • Full cycle sales experience: lead follow-up, new client discovery, menu development, pricing negotiation, closing, handoff, and execution.
  • Ability to handle multiple leads simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort working 40+ hours a week
