About The Position
The Catering and Conference Services Manager is the primary Resort contact for definite conference/catering bookings. This role involves planning all aspects of bookings and events, with a heavy emphasis on weddings and social events, while maximizing revenue for all Resort Lines of Business through strong product knowledge and upselling techniques. The position requires working some nights, weekends, and holiday periods, and maintaining integrity with internal and external stakeholders.
