About The Position

We aim to bring discovery, inspiration, and joy back to shopping by making TikTok the commerce channel of choice for merchants, creators, and partners. TikTok Shop is looking for a collaborative and strategic thinker to drive category growth through cross-functional partnerships, strategy design, and project management.

Requirements

  • 1+ years in strategy, category management, marketplace operations, or consulting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to build frameworks and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with authentication, grading, condition attributes, and resale workflows is a plus.
  • Experience in collectibles, luxury resale, or high-value secondary markets preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop category strategies covering rules/policies, supply health, product structure, and competitive positioning.
  • Drive category marketing and user growth strategies across LIVE, short videos, and affiliate.
  • Lead external partnerships with grading firms, authentication providers, major dealers, and resale ecosystem partners.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Ops, GNE, Risk, and Marketing to deliver category roadmap and solve structural bottlenecks.
