Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Centralized Category ownership - Foster the full cycle Supply Chain Management (SCM) strategy development and execution for Subsea Equipment covers Capital Project Subsea Equipment and Base Business Subsea Life of Field / Aftermarket services. Balance and execute the enterprise strategies with base business and project goals to optimize overall value / achievement of competitive performance for Subsea Equipment and Base Business Subsea Life of Field / Aftermarket services. Build strong collaborative relationships across functions, assets, and key suppliers. Develop and execute joint strategic roadmaps with these functions and key suppliers as One Team to drive performance, innovation, and competitive outcomes. Establish and maintain commercial terms, rates, compensation methods, best practices, and market intelligence to ensure top quartile cost, schedule, reliability, and predictability. Strategic thinking and business acumen- able to keep the “big picture” in mind while making decisions that are often long term in nature. Always aware of critical value drivers.
