Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in lieu of degree.
- 7 years of experience in strategic sourcing, purchasing, or contracting.
- Proven understanding of Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO) and contracting methods.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing commodity teams and complex negotiations.
- Strong analytical ability and project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Create strategic business plans for various contract categories to manage overall strategy and execution.
- Serve as principal investigator and contractual expert on specific projects.
- Participate in the development and revision of policies related to strategic sourcing.
- Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Assist in managing cross-functional team dynamics on sourcing projects.
