Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in lieu of degree.
  • 7 years of experience in strategic sourcing, purchasing, or contracting.
  • Proven understanding of Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO) and contracting methods.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing commodity teams and complex negotiations.
  • Strong analytical ability and project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Create strategic business plans for various contract categories to manage overall strategy and execution.
  • Serve as principal investigator and contractual expert on specific projects.
  • Participate in the development and revision of policies related to strategic sourcing.
  • Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Assist in managing cross-functional team dynamics on sourcing projects.
