About The Position

The Category Manager Walmart is responsible for the MOD drawing and execution for all Walmart e.l.f. beauty brands.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of JDA prospace experience, white wall/cosmetics experience preferred
• Excellent Microsoft office suite knowledge, with specific focus on excel and powerpoint
• Detail oriented, ability to work on multiple projects at once
• Passion for beauty
• Ability to work in a team or independently
• Travel required

Responsibilities

• Modular execution of planograms in JDA Blue Yonder software for e.l.f. Cosmetics
• Develop and ensure each season that planograms meet both the customer and e.l.f. beauty visual standards
• Responsible for quality control of planograms ensuring accuracy of deliverables, often requiring engagement and collaboration with other internal and external business partners
• Collaborate with the Senior Category Manager to utilize business insights and analytics to support business growth at Walmart as it pertains to the planograms
• Attend multiple in-person meetings with the Walmart buyers throughout the entire modular process each season
• Ability to effectively present and influence at all levels both internally and externally
• Identifying e.l.f. growth opportunities through data and analytics
• Ad hoc reporting and analytics that drive actionable insights
• Ability to use data-driven insights to make recommendations for specific modular plans
• Brief inline & off-shelf programs into Wrike & follow up on progress
