As the Food & Beverage Category Manager, you’ll be the director behind the scenes, ensuring every concession moment is a blockbuster hit. You’ll be the creative force behind our food and beverage strategy—turning data into drama and ideas into action. From analyzing industry and consumer trends to developing long-term category strategies, you’ll craft promotional campaigns that wow audiences and drive profitability. You’ll collaborate with vendors, procurement, and theatre teams to roll out programs, negotiate deals like a Hollywood agent, and make sure every new concept premieres flawlessly. Your mission? Transform snacks and beverages into star performers that elevate the Regal experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
• Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership experience with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Analyze industry and consumer trends to shape category strategies and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop long-term plans and promotional strategies for food & beverage products that drive revenue.
• Collaborate with vendors, procurement, and theatre teams to expand offerings and maintain quality standards.
• Forecast demand, manage budgets, and optimize inventory to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Monitor performance and recommend strategic actions to boost sales and enhance customer experience.
