Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends for strategic decision-making.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and supplier performance management.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Perform total cost of ownership (TCO) sourcing activities and mitigate risks.
• Conduct negotiations and establish contracts and service level agreements for regional suppliers.
• Collaborate with Engineering to propose application alternatives and drive category consolidation.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives using technical requirements and data analysis.
• Analyze commodity spend, market dynamics, and price developments to inform sourcing strategy.
• Communicate sourcing strategies and negotiation results to regional factories.
• Support timely implementation of strategies and lead selected SCM projects.
• Manage and resolve critical supplier shortcomings while promoting standardization.
